- A problem to solve, not a solution to execute. I do my best work when I own the why, not just the how.
- Stakes that matter. Work where a wrong decision has a real cost, because that's where good design actually counts.
- Depth over breadth. I'd rather understand one hard system completely than touch ten things lightly.

TrusTrace. Built the design system from the ground up, shipped a compliance product that now underpins 15,000+ real-world product passports, and own the supplier compliance and AI workflows 500+ global brands run on today.
Beyond the screen.
The work doesn't stop at the screen. I spend time with the people building the same kinds of problems — conducting workshops, sitting in on conferences, and showing up where the conversation actually happens.
